The sting yesterday translated into some lucrative overtime for yours truly. See? We newspaper people only have the public's interests in mind. Truly!

Some jackbag threw rocks into the apartment pools and broke the tiles. We got a letter from the management saying that because of the actions of a few, the masses will suffer, since they won't get to open the pool for a while. It has to be repaired, then filled up, then treated, then inspected, etc. So that cheap black suit I bought at K-Mart that didn't fit anyway will have to go back. So sad.
