Day 231 — Rebecca
[for Sunday, Aug. 19]
The blur is totally intentional. Really. It's art.
Okay, not really.
That up there is Rebecca, preparing her backhand to give me a quick smack across the cheek for taking her picture. It's okay, folks, I survived. Wish her and her two Bahamaritas a happy birthday and pray that she doesn't strangle me for putting her picture on the internet.
Earlier in the evening we (along with Ashley and JD) saw Superbad. I now totally understand what the title is referring to. It's a general commentary on everything in the film and everything that comes out of the two lead characters' mouths. It's all rude, crude, and completely freaking hilarious.
In short, Superbad is an homage to the penis, topped with a homoerotic little cherry at the end. I'll probably go see it again because I am twelve and like dick jokes.

I want to see this film, but I don't really have anyone to see it with. Perhaps my parents could make a road trip, per your suggestion? And I'm sure it's an accurate one; they do love dick jokes.
The light glinting off my forehead is an especially nice touch. Thanks for the "gift" that keeps on giving.
PT, your parents will LOVE this movie. They will see it again and again. You will roll your eyes repeatedly. And your dad will parrot lines from the movie on the way home from the theater.
OMGREBECCACOMMENTEDONMYBLOG! Now that you've plunged into the water for the first time, you'll have to comment again and again and again. And then I will work on Courtney and Ashley. Mwa ha ha, my plan is flawless.
Also, the forehead glint? Art.
