Jack and Sally*

I've gone back and forth on the genders, but Phil seems to think the orange cat is a boy (the original assumption), and because he worked at a vet clinic for more than a year, I'm going with his word.
So, they're here, and they're napping now. At first when I let them out of the carrier, they cowered on the bottom shelf of the bookshelf, behind some knick-knacks. It wasn't until I fed them that they even considered exploring the place. And now they've pretty much sniffed most of the corners, puffed up and spit at Felix, laid down in the litter pan, and stole my heart by finally purring. Now they're cuddled up on a pillow on the couch.
I plan to spoil them mightily.
*Names suggested by Phil, who saved the day since I was going to call them Thing One and Thing Two.
