My mom made the Paris Post-Intelligencer!

She sticks needles in people all day long and collects baggies of their blood. She is my hero.

I got to see her picture, but the stupid registration process is making me wait for a 'verification' email. I wouldn't be going through this for just ANY body's mother, you know...

I did get to see her pic...cool.

You get to be proud!

I actually get the PPI at the office and saw this picture. She has awesome hair.
You know what's funny, my family appears in the newspaper that is our competition all the time.
One of the nieces was on the front page this week.
Such the life of rural newspapers.

The next time I give blood, I'm giving it to your mom. (This is a pretty good opening for a your-mom joke)

OK, this was NOT something I expected to see on YOUR blog today or any day! LOL... I didn't have to register, I already was since it's my hometown paper AND three members of my immediate family work there... ha!

I see the photo on your blog but the link was dead by the time I clicked it, however, there's a 33% chance the photographer was my cousin. Heh. :)

John, I am totally proud. She has no idea. :) And thanks for persevering.

Newscoma, my mother has hair that is personally ordained by God and it has always been so, amen. She even e-mailed me to tell me she was going to be in the paper. That shit never goes out of style.

Lynnster, small world, big hair! If one of your relatives are seriously the photographer, that would be so cool I couldn't even put it into words. Effing internet!

Nashgirl, my mom would LOVE to take your blood. And whatever else ya got. Zing!
